Accommodation is available in the following hotels:
* The Satellite in Hong Kong is included in the general ISOPT registration fee and depends on a minimum of 30 registrants.
Delegates must register to the symposium in order to register to the satellite.
Book your accommodation early to get the ISOPT special rate at the Shangri-La Hotel.
Rates quoted are per room, per night and include taxes. Breakfast is not included.
Payment
A deposit of one night charge must accompany all requests for accommodation. With your signature you authorize Paragon Conventions to charge your credit card for the balance of your account three weeks prior to your arrival for services ordered. Delegates who paid their deposit via bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges at least 21 days before arrival. Full prepayment prior to arrival is required for all hotel accommodations.
Paragon-Conventions accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express credit cards and bank transfers.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Rooms cancelled prior to
• 90 days before arrival will receive a full refund, less €25 handling fee.
• 30 days prior to arrival will receive no refund.

In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
Important Note
Paragon-Conventions, and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
